Affiliate Benefits
As a Sunshine Treasures Affiliate, you'll receive:
20% commission on qualifying customer sales made through your affiliate link or code
20% discount on your personal orders
Your own affiliate link/code to share with customers
The opportunity to earn additional commissions through team building
Team Building Commissions
Grow your affiliate team and earn additional commissions on qualifying sales made by affiliates within your team:
Level 1 — 3%
Earn 3% on qualifying sales generated by your personally enrolled Level 1 affiliates.
Level 2 — 2%
Earn 2% on qualifying sales generated by your Level 2 affiliate team.
Commission Payments
Affiliate commissions are paid twice per month, on the 1st and 15th, through PayPal or Venmo.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
Commission amounts may be adjusted for canceled, refunded, returned, disputed, or fraudulent orders.
Personal Affiliate orders do not qualify for commission for yourself or Team building commission on Level 1 or Level 2.
Personal Orders
Sunshine Treasures Affiliates receive a 20% discount on personal purchases.
Personal purchases made using the affiliate discount are not eligible for additional affiliate commission or Team building commission on Level 1 and Level 2, unless otherwise stated by Sunshine Treasures.
Sharing Your Affiliate Link
Affiliates are encouraged to share Sunshine Treasures on social media, with friends and family, and within communities where promotional posts are permitted.
When promoting Sunshine Treasures, affiliates should clearly disclose their affiliate relationship. A simple statement such as “I may earn a commission from purchases made through my link” is acceptable.
Affiliates may not make false or misleading claims about Sunshine Treasures, its products, potential earnings, or the Affiliate Program.
Earnings
There are no guaranteed earnings with the Sunshine Treasures Affiliate Program. The amount an affiliate may earn depends on customer purchases and individual promotional activity.
Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create an employer/employee relationship with Sunshine Treasures.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to most items being edible foods or custom-made items, there are No Returns or Exchanges on the Sunshine Treasures Store.
If an order that generated an affiliate commission is later returned due to damage, refunded, canceled, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent, the associated commission may be deducted from current or future affiliate earnings.
Customer purchases remain subject to the current Sunshine Treasures Return & Refund Policy.
Affiliate Account Status
Sunshine Treasures reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account for misuse of the program, fraudulent activity, misleading advertising, inappropriate representation of the Sunshine Treasures brand, or violation of these Affiliate Program terms.
Sunshine Treasures may update or modify the Affiliate Program, commission structure, discounts, or program terms when necessary. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.
